2. Directory Submissions

  • Businesses may submit listings for free.
  • We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove any listing (e.g., if inaccurate, offensive, or spam).
  • Submitted information must be accurate. You warrant that you have authority to submit it.
  • Listings are public and may be indexed by search engines.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, illegal, or infringing content.
  • Use automated tools to scrape the site excessively.
  • Interfere with the site's operation.

4. Intellectual Property

The site design and content (excluding user-submitted listings) are owned by us. Listings remain property of the submitter, but you grant us a perpetual license to display them.

5. Advertisements

We display ads via Google AdSense/Ad Manager. We are not responsible for third-party ad content.

6. Disclaimer

The directory is provided "as is". We do not guarantee accuracy of listings or endorse any business.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect damages or losses arising from use of the site.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
